Multivision Quest Duplex Multiplexers
Multivision Quest duplex multiplexers offer advanced features not typically found in standard multiplexers. The duplex capability allows users to view live or recorded video while recording at the same time.
Video inputs can be programmed as covert so that certain cameras are recorded but not viewable on a
monitor. Three types of alarm events are supported: video loss, alarm inputs via the rear panel, and motion detection. Each alarm event can be programmed to send the multiplexer into alarm mode, which can result in on-screen alarm text, an internal buzzer sounding, and a relay being triggered.
For installations where cameras are located at long distances from the multiplexer and video signal integrity is affected, the gain control for each individual camera can be adjusted to restore picture quality.
