Network Client v4.17 Software Patch CM004

This software update for Network Client (running software version 4.17) addresses the following issues:

  • Network Client filter corruption could occur under certain circumstances.
  • Issues with Network Client backward compatibility.
  • Network Client text search not working correctly when connecting to older versions of Intellex.
  • Network Client printout distorted when Intellex is recording in PAL resolutions.
  • Start and end times of retrieved alarms is incorrect in some circumstances.

NOTE: The software patch must be applied to each Network Client unit running software version 4.17.


Network Client 4.17 Software Patch Installation Instructions:

  1. Using a computer with an Internet connection download the file "NetworkClient_417_Update_CM0004.zip" to a removable storage media device.


    2. Note: If the Network Client has an Internet connection the file can be downloaded directly to the Network Client computer.

  2. Exit the Network Client application and run the "NetworkClient_417_Update_CM0004.zip" file from the removal storage media.
  3. Wait for the Preparing to Install Wizard to complete.
  4. Click on Update.
  5. Once the patch files are installed to the Network Client machine, click on Finish to complete the installation.
  6. When prompted Restart the Network Client computer.
